Shipping & Returns


Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days, though sometimes there are delays of up to 5 business days during peak seasons.

After sending your order, a Tracking Code shall be sent to your email. You may use the code to trace your order.

** These are delivery timelines estimated by us. There are, at times, delays either from the carrier or international customs sorting.

Order Fulfillment

We ship daily from Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year, except for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will be made the next day.

Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information, or billing delays.

Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next open business day.

Standard Shipping 

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

International Shipping

We have received and fulfilled orders from over 50 countries across all the different continents.

We are not liable for any customs fees that your country may impose on products purchased and must be handled by the purchaser.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other premium shipping carriers.

Return Shipping

The return shipping will only be borne by us when there is a manufacturing defect.


If unsatisfied with AmyandRose products, contact us within 30 days from the delivery date to arrange a return. International orders may be subject to additional shipping to return the purchase.

A refund will be processed after we receive the merchandise. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to post it to your account.

Note: Returns/refunds/exchange is not possible on sale items. It will be a final sale.
